Appointment of members for the SSPF Accountability Body
The Accountability Body (AB) of Stichting Shell Pensioenfonds (SSPF) will have new pension beneficiary, employer and employee representatives as of 1 July:
- On behalf of the pension beneficiaries Two new pension beneficiary representatives have been appointed: Mrs Delia Wind and Mr Frans Lacon. Mr Henk Burks and mr Roland Wanders have been reappointed. Mr Henk Krijgsman will step down as of 1 July, because he has reached his maximum term of office at the AB.
- On behalf of the employer Mrs Sophie van Sadelhoff is the new employer representative. No elections will take place. The employer nominates this candidate directly. Mrs Marloes Michon will step down as of 1 July, because she has reached the maximum term of office in the AB.
- On behalf of the employees Mr Jan Lunenborg is also reappointed as representative of the employees on 1 July. All participants were informed about this via the Shell intranet. Mr Ben van den Berg will step down as representative on behalf of the employees as of 1 July, because he has reached his maximum term of office in the AB. His seat becomes available to pension beneficiary representatives, due to the mutual number ratios and will also be filled as of 1 July, as you can read above.
