We are nominated for our 'Own it' platform
Research has shown that, on average, Dutch women accrue 40% less pension than men. While many full-time working women are part of Shell's funds, our data indicates that female participants engage less with pension information. To address this, we created the 'Own it' platform to present pension information in a way that resonates better with women, motivating them to take action. To achieve our primary goal of improving financial well-being and raising awareness about pensions among women. The jury praised this as a refreshing approach to reach a demographic that is less responsive to pension communication.
