Shell Netherlands’ digital follow-up sessions ‘New Pension at Shell’
Decision-making about the changes to the Shell pension schemes is currently taking place in the SSPF and SNPS pension funds. The decisions they make will be based on the transition plans submitted. The pension funds have been asked to make preparations to assess changes to the existing pension schemes in terms of balance and how they should be implemented.
Digital follow-up sessions 'New pension at Shell' on 4 and 12 December 2024 (in Dutch only).
In July 2024, Shell Netherlands organised 2 digital information sessions with the Central Works Council (COR) and the Voeks ‘Right to be Heard’ Committee (VHC). These sessions focused on the changes to the Shell pension schemes in general and the transition measures taken for SSPF in particular. Shell Netherlands also used several examples to show the consequences of the choices made. Shell Netherlands is now organising 2 new information sessions as a follow-up to the previous sessions and all the questions received.
What can you expect from the follow-up sessions?
In the digital follow-up sessions (in Dutch), Shell Netherlands will address a number of frequently raised concerns, amongst other things. You will also be given the opportunity to ask more questions. The follow-up sessions will be recorded for you to watch later on nieuwpensioenbijshell.nl. You will receive a message from us as soon as the recording is available.
The follow-up sessions are intended for retirees and former employees
Retirees and former employees will receive an e-mail invitation to the sessions. What to do if you don’t receive it? Please let us know.
