Shell Pension invests for the long term
At Shell Pension, we also noticed that the financial markets have been moving significantly strongly in recent days due to the new import tariffs policy in the United States. The Shell pension funds are long-term investors. Although we closely monitor daily changes, our investment strategy stays focused on the long term. We make sure that the investment portfolios are well-diversified and robust, while also taking short-term fluctuations into account.
The current market movements are not favourable, but they are not a reason for Shell Pension to react hastily and change the investment portfolio.
We are, of course, monitoring the situation with additional focus and high frequency. The funds have plans ready in case the market movements lead to greater or long-term impact. For now, no changes are being made to the investment strategy.
